The I Believe in Pink Edit: Valentine’s Day

I’m going to go out there and say that I may have gone a little cray/overboard with a whole lot of hot pink, pops of red, hearts everywhere, and gold sparkle in this post. First off, that’s not particularly off brand for me so there’s no real surprise there. ? Secondly, I believe that Valentine’s Day is all about going ALL OUT to show and spread the love you have in your life. We can all get behind splitting a bottle of wine with our girlfriends, or mom, or significant other, etc. and indulging in cutesy cards and candy with red food dye. Am I right?!

So cue all the rose gold balloons and heart-strung garlands, no matter where or how you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day this year, I wanted to make sure you had my outfit, and décor, recommendations to make it the most fabulous day all around! ?

One | These are $10 dupes of these Saint Laurent designer sunglasses. I have them in black and tortoise and they’re so fun and flirty if you’re spending Valentine’s Day in the sunshine!

Two {under $60} | This blush pink draped cardigan is such a soft and versatile layering piece. I wear it over a white tank with jeans all the time and always get so many compliments!

Three {under $100!} | Reach for this acrylic clutch when you need a little pop of pink and red all at once (as in, when you’re getting dressed up for a Valentine’s Day date night). It has a removable gold chain that can take it from a crossbody to a clutch as well!

Four {only $35!} | These are my must-have accessory for Valentine’s Day this year. They’re lightweight, mid-sized, and so on-trend right now. They come in red as well (see number 9 :)).

Five | Saint Laurent is my go-to for fancy keep-in-your-fanciest-clutch lipsticks. This collector’s edition heart and arrow tube is so flirty and fun. My favorite shade is “Rose St. Germain.”

Six {on sale for $49} | If you don’t want allll the hot pink and red (I won’t fault you!), and are looking for a little more subtle and cozy way to be festive for V Day, then I’d recommend this pullover sweater. The dainty heart print is so sweet!

Seven | I think that Kate Spade does the most whimsical and fun iPhone cases. This one has all of my favorites– bubblegum pink, gold glitter, and a big heart motif.

Eight | I’ve been eyeing this ring for months now. It’s so reasonably priced and comes in eight gorgeous shades. This would make such a pretty Valentine’s Day gift (hint hint ;)).

Nine {only $35!} | See number four for my description of these! I have them in pink and could not recommend them more.

Ten | These shoes are what my fairy princess dreams are made of. A little bit of suede… a little bit of sparkle… pair them with an all-black ourfit and let the shoes do the talking for a subtly sparkly Valentine’s Day look!

Eleven | Full disclosure– this is technically a girl’s accessory, but I saw it and thought it would be too cute to accessorize in a warmer setting where you can rock a straw crossbody bag!

Twelve | I just got this little ruffled strapless number (huge Susana Monaco fan over here!) and love how simple the sizing is. It looks beyond comfortable and flattering. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I get it in!

Thirteen {only $68} | This berry-colored flare-sleeve blouse is such a pop of happy. I’d pair it with my Spanx faux leather leggings and black heels for a Valentine’s GNO or date night!

Fourteen | If I were back in college and going to a Valentine’s Day formal then I’d be wearing this little number. I feel like it’s so unique and the back cutout is so cute!

Fifteen | Another Susana Monaco favorite of mine that looks beyond flattering. If you want to really make a statement, then combine both hot pink and red with some delicate gold jewelry and nude pumps!

And because the above styles are just made for a festive Valentine’s Day PTAY… here are my top Valentine’s Day décor picks…. xx
