FAQ

Amy128

Where did you go to school?

The University of Richmond, which I loved. It has the most welcoming and stimulating community of people who are both motivated and fun! It has also allowed me to create my own major, Integrated Marketing and Communications (which includes Marketing, Journalism, and Rhetoric and Communications) and minor in Leadership Studies.

Do you have any advice on starting a blog?

Of course! One of my favorite parts of blogging is getting to share my experience with other bloggers. I have a bunch of beginner tips, which I wrote about in detail in this post. But a major takeaway would be that consistency and authenticity are two of the biggest keys to a successful blog. Be consistent with your posts so your followers can know when to look for new content and create authentic, original content that is engaging and fun to read!

What camera do you use?

I use the Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Digital Camera, but I snap most of my Instagram pictures on my iPhone 7 Plus.

What apps/programs do you use to edit your photos?

For my blog photos I use Lightroom, and you can find a great tutorial here. For iPhone photos I use Camera+, Snapseed, and VSCO.

How can I shop your Instagram photos?

It’s so easy! I break it all down for you here.

How do you make money on your blog?

I make money through a variety of ways, such as sponsored posts and affiliate links. If an item is sponsored or gifted it will be disclosed with a c/o in the “Outfit Details” part of the post. If you click on various links throughout my site and social channels, I may be making a commission based off of that click or purchase. That’s why it’s of the utmost important to me that every brand I work with is true to my personal style and taste, therefore I am extremely selective with my collaborations.

Can we collaborate/work together?

Yes and yes! I love working with like-minded creative and business-oriented companies who are are not afraid to push the boundaries and come up with dynamic collaborations. If you are interested then shoot me an email at amylittleson14@gmail.com.
