Bubbly & Bright!
Merry everything from me and my favorite year-round beverage, Bravazzi. 😉 I hope that everyone had a restful and fun Christmas week! My family and I spent Christmas Eve with Johnny’s family (which included a virtual church service!), had Christmas by ourselves at home, and started Bridgerton on Netflix! All around low key and really much-needed downtime together. Now onto New Year’s!!
I’m in the mindset of recapping and reflecting on this past year this week, and it truly wouldn’t be a proper look back without featuring my go-to hard Italian soda this month! If you’ve been following along with me for the past two(ish) years, then you’ve probably heard me rave about it once or twice (like at my 25th birthday beach picnic, my small business roundup, or my female-founded business spotlight of them!). But here’s the overview in case you’re new to the brand…
Bravazzi is a hard Italian soda that’s inspired by the flavors of Italy! It’s a small business that was founded by two women (things we love), is all-natural, gluten-free, made with real fruit juice, and has 4.2% ABV. It’s the kind of drink that you just have to taste to understand how delicious it is and why I’m so obsessed! I joke that I’m on a personal mission to have all of my friends/family try it, so whenever I show up to a get-together (especially pre-Covid) you better expect me to come carrying a variety pack of Bravazzi. 😂
I have had the chance to personally speak with and interview the Bravazzi founders, Sarah and Anne, and learn all about how they were inspired by their vacations and study abroad experiences in Italy, which led them to create a drink that was naturally sweet, fizzy, and fruity. It’s refreshing and tasty all at once… like a gourmet Italian soda but spiked. This video of theirs explains their story so well!
Drinking Bravazzi really is like being transported to Italy from wherever you are (I’m not even trying to be cliché here, it’s that good), so when I started planning for our at home New Year’s Eve this year, it was the obvious choice for a good-time drink!
Bravazzi's New Year's Mimosa
As I’ve shared, Bravazzi was inspired by the founders’ love of Italy! One of their favorite things about Italy is how festive and over-the-top the country is with their holiday celebrations (okay, same). So I wanted to share a festive and bubbly celebration-ready New Year’s Eve drink!
So if you’re looking for a festive and bubbly cocktail for New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day, the Bravazzi grapefruit mimosa is IT. It’s literally two ingredients and so easy to put together. Add a slice of grapefruit or lime for a little garnish and serve in a punch bowl or by the glass. It would pair so well with either a new year’s brunch or a celebratory cocktail as we countdown to 2021!
Also, be on the lookout for all of Bravazzi’s Italian-inspired merchandise that will be launching soon. I’ve had a sneak peek and I have to say that it’s so colorful and fun– much like Italy and Bravazzi itself! Saluti! xx
Much love to Bravazzi for sponsoring this post– all opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Amy Believes in Pink!
